Travel Considerations

There is a market at Tynemouth Station on Saturday and Sunday, so parking is a problem for a several hours. It is best to travel by Metro or park in residential streets and walk in for 5 minutes.

There is room to be dropped off near the taxi rank.

Please bring a bottle of water or your own favourite mug for hot tea or herb teas. There is a café and shop close by and you are not far from Front Street for a sandwich.

What to bring:

• Pen and note pad.
• A little food for yourself on each day (or visit café or shops at Station or Front Street)
• Slippers or warm socks
• Perhaps a soft cushion (for you to sit on chair and useful on a treatment table as a pillow or leg support.
• A bottle of water or mug for making tea or tisane.
• The remainder of your fee.
• Please try to arrive about 15 minutes early on the first day for registration and completion of financial arrangements.
